- Scope the broad project vision and define sub projects. Identify the key audience that the site is aimed at.
- Produce a detailed functional design description of the project including a site architecture and walk through demonstrations.
- Produce sample creative design and layout screen shots with key design parameters chosen.
- Decide the technical design architecture to use including client/server technologies and content management systems.
- Produce a project implementation plan including one-off and recurring costs, timings, test, training, role out and promotion plan.
