The Web Content Manager is an extremely powerful engine for generating top quality web sites – the interface is simple and intuitive. The engine can be used to publish static web sites, dynamic web sites and HTML pages for CD-Roms or Laptops. The Web Content Manager can pull in content from other WebPac Applications by setting data sources. It can also handle XML content and process it using the XSL language. WebPac’s Product Catalog software produces XML and can be easily interfaced.

HTML templates are created with empty blocks of information that the user can fill in. There is also an extensive library of ‘hash tags’ allowing the user to easily add navigation controls and other functionality. The pages generated are automatically optimized for the search engines and a coherent navigational structure is ensured with the micro site architecture. An XML file can be generated containing all of the web site content and can be used by a third party web developer anywhere in the world.

The Web Content Manager can be run online with no intervention from WebPac required. It is recommended that you work with a WebPac Solutions Partner to get set-up initially or to migrate your web site.
