The Contact Database can be implemented on its own as a free standing contacts store or it can be integrated into a web site to capture enquiries. In either case the user can add the Contact Database to a workgroup as required without any intervention needed from WebPac.

To integrate the web capture interface – the user can specify the interface parameters and create a form with the wizard provided in the ‘Web interface’ section. The form can then be added to any web site in the world with some simple HTML. The form can handle an enquiry, eNewsletter sign up, Guest Book or CV capture. When a user fills out the form all of the details are captured by the web interface. The details are broken down into a contact object and an opportunity object which can be tracked.

The Contact Database can take in contacts via Excel as well export them to it. The contacts can be sent an email through the email marketing tools with different marketing groups available for customization.
